Carbonized fiber packing ,namely preoxidative fiber packing, is weaved by oxidized acrylic fiber packing, and its surface is dealt with PTFE emulsion and lubrication. Carbonized fiber packing has excellent thermal conductivity, wear resistance and chemical stability, and is relatively cheaper in the non-asbestos products. It is an ideal substitute for asbestos. First polypropylene fiber is carbonizd under high temperature to be carbon fiber, then we dip PTFE emulsion containing graphite particles and braided them into packing. The packing has a wide range of applications. For example: weak acid, alkali, salt, organic solvent, water, waste water, mineral oil and other media, dynamic sealing parts containing a small amount of solid particles and sealing of pump, valve, flange, mixer, mixer, stern shaft as well as Petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, fertilizer, power generation, instrumentation and other industrial equipment.
