      碳素纤维的学名叫“聚丙烯晴基碳纤维”,是由碳纤维与相关的基体树脂(如环氧树脂)备制的复合材料,其多项物理力学性能可以与金属媲美。 碳素纤维石墨盘根是采用高强度,高模量的连续碳纤维长丝,经过软化处理,然后编织而成。这种盘根先用石墨微粉和聚四氟乙烯乳液的混合液渗透,再加入润滑剂制成。碳素盘根具有很好的的热传导性、耐磨性、化学稳定性,而且机械强度高、启动扭矩小,故此不会对泵轴造成损伤,使用寿命长,是各种动、静密封的理想材料,既有优良的化学稳定性和导热性,又有较高的强度,特别适合用于化学腐蚀性强,含有颗粒介质的各种旋转泵,往复泵的密封。碳素纤维盘根适用酸和碱等腐蚀液体、有机溶剂等,应用于石油、化工、化纤、采煤、发电、冶金等工业领域的法兰、阀门、反应釜、泵的密封。由于它特有的耐高温(>3000℃),耐烧蚀,热膨胀系数小,及高比强度、高比模量等特性,广泛应用于航天、航空、化工、电子及体育器材等领域。
      The scientific name of carbon fiber is called "polypropylene based carbon fiber", which is made of carbon fiber and related matrix resin, such as epoxy resin. A number of physical and mechanical properties is comparable to metal. First it is made by softening treatment of a high strength, high modulus and continuous carbon fiber filament, after then woven into carbon fiber graphite packing. This kind of packing is first mixed with the mixture of graphite powder and PTFE emulsion. Carbon packing has good thermal conductivity, wear resistance, chemical stability, and high mechanical strength, starting torque is small, so it will not cause damage to the pump shaft. It has long service life, and is an ideal material for a variety of dynamic and static seal.And it has excellent chemical stability and thermal conductivity, and high strength, especially suitable for sealing of various rotary pump, reciprocating pump containing particles and some other chemical corrosive medium. Carbon fiber packing ia appliable for acid ,alkali and other corrosive liquids, organic solvents, used in sealing of flange, valve, reactor, pump in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, coal mining, power generation, metallurgy and other industrial. Because of its characteristic of high temperature resistance (>3000 ℃), corrosion resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, high specific strength and high specific volume,it is widely used in the fields of aerospace, aviation, chemical industry, electronics, sports equipment and so on.
